Three call centre calling me back regarding a complaint I had made. Asked for me by name, ook me through all the security checks. Very polite Indian sounding woman had all the entails of the complaint, and was very helpful in helping to resolve my complaint. Really don't know why people are saying that they are scammers. |

It is 3 mobile fraud and security team, even though you go through all the verification checks when upgrading your phone online, they then send a few text messages thanking you for upgrading and letting you know to contact them if it wasn't you who placed the order, They then ring you to confirm that it was definitely you who placed the order, I ignored the call on my mobile, but as soon as it stopped my house phone started to ring, my house number is never used and only a few companies have it, so it must be legit. Seems a bit OTT, but i guess that nowadays it is far too easy for people to get hold of your details, or your children might do it behind your back. |
