He said he called from Revolut and know my last name. But he still need me to spell my first name to 'confirm'. He said there is a transaction from Edinburgh for me to confirm it's true. After I hang up, I asked on my actual Rebolut app to make sure my account did not have any problem and asked whether they called me. The in-app customer service person told me my account is alright and told me to send him a screen shot of the scam call. Afterwards, my Revolut app asked me to confirm a £600 purchase which I did not made. After I reject it, the scammer tried to call again and I did not pick up. A minute later, another call came in and I did not pick it up neither. |

Shows up as REVOLUT but it's not legit. They pretended someone tried to use my revolut account to pay a £900 bill and they stopped it. Not true, as Revolut app didn't ask me for any confirmation. They did have some of my data (name, address, last four digits of my card - as websites keep them when you use your card for online payments). |

A bloke called purporting to be from Revolut claiming that someone had been using my bank details to apply for an Amigo loan. He asked me for my date of birth and I explained that I wasn't going to tell him anything over the phone. He hung up. |

Scams pretending to be someone calling from revulot. They asked for my last transaction information to convince me they were verifying my identity. Then they told me to transfer my money from this bank to another bank ( so they can get the money if they have my code!) Be wary of any calls, texts or emails purporting to be from your bank, the police or a telecoms company asking for personal or financial details, or for you to transfer money! |

Bank scam do not reply! the scam starts with a text message with a link from the NHS stating that you've been a close contact of a person with COVID, if you click on the link they call you from a fake Revolut or bank number saying that you've been a victim of a scam and that you should transfer money. Ignore and report! |
