A fraudulent transaction appeared on my starling account, immediately I declined it and within minutes this number called me. I declined the first 2 times but they rang again. Seemed very genuine, even had information from my account and managed to send a text via starling. I thought something was odd so locked my card immediately and contacted starling who confirmed they’d made no contact to us and the phone call was fraudulent - please be aware and hang up and contact starling immediately!
1. Don't change the email subject;
2. Include the related phone number(s);
3. Evidence of ownership of the related phone number(s)(monthly statement/ service contract);
4. State your reason;
5. Google Translate will be used.
You will NEVER get a reply from that email. Please check the result on the website after 3 days.
