After receiving a call from this number i looked it up on 'who called me', reading the comments prompted me to call Aqua on their legitimate help line, they confirmed that this number is nothing to do with Aqua and was certain to be a scam to get my details, how do these people know i have an Aqua account ?, and how do they get my phone number ?, i have now blocked the number and i advise others to do the same. |

To the best of my knowledge, the Aqua credit card uses a phone number that closely resembles 0333 220 2691, but it is not identical. This similarity has led some to question whether it could potentially be a scam. |

Not a scam, not sure why people are saying it is. I had a payment holiday due a change in work that ends today and they called just to check if my finances were okay or if I needed an extension on the payment holiday. |

Claiming to be Aqua, 2030 GMT call received. They wanted to go through security questions, I said I wanted to check who they were, they hung up. I have an account with Aqua but this is a blatant scam. Watch out folks, god knows what they were trying. |

Just been called by claiming to be AQUA but I recently spoke to them. I said I'd call them back and when I called the real Aqua number they said it was a scam. |
