Got numerous calls from this number over the course of a week, automated pretending to be paypal and it leaves voicemails asking for paypal phone pin number. Damn annoying but definitely a scam, as the mobile they are calling on isn't even linked to a paypal account.

This definitely is Paypal with a security code to enter on keypad while buying from ebay. The purchase was interrupted until I entered the code on my phone keypad then the screen confirmed the purchase so all is ok and not a scam

It was part of my 2 step verification for paypal. I transferred money from my PayPal to my bank and this is the number that called me to verify me. It was an automated call which I had to type a code in that had come up on my screen, once I had typed it in the money transferred over.
