This number called repeatedly until I answered it. The person talked very fast and I could barely hear him. I asked where he was calling from and the only word I could heard was 'consultant'. He asked if I'd received the email and was I happy to proceed with my order. I have not placed an order with any company, for anything recently. I also have not received any emails. The call was at 7.15pm so I politely requested that if it was a business call, he should call back during business hours. The call was made to my business mobile, not personal. Very strange. It has to be a scam. |

claimed to be from talktalk regarding a complaint i made regarding spam emails which were suposed to have come from santander, on to our joint email address regarding my father. One of the spam emails i had i tracked the sorce from the address who was a talk talk user with an account. the person calling asked me for my email address, my reply was 'as you have all the information, you tell me' he asked if i was a talk talk customer at which time i had had enough and hung up! |

been in contact with talktalk regarding router issues, this number has been continuously harassing me and calling asking for account details and stating that their is an issue with the release of the new router, which is false as the new router had arrived SCAMMER BEWARE ! |

Landline problems over w/e. Informed would receive a call from BT Iver next 3 days! Today received a call from this number. He had a northern accent spoke very fast. Bit nervous. He didn't ask me for customer number and then he asked for the card details that I pay the account! Became suspicious and never been asked this before when contacting company. |

Called just before 6:35pm. As I wasn’t in, left a message, saying that he was “Mike” (with an Asian accent) calling from TalkTalk loyalty (which he reinforced twice) regarding any offers and/or loyalty deals that we would be interested in. He then said that he would be calling first thing on Friday morning. Strange thing is, he went to hang up, only for the call to continue for another 2 mins. Busy call centre in background. Been with the company since they started, strange why they are suddenly interested in loyalty offers! Not convinced, so I’ve used the TalkTalk call safe, to stop them from calling back. If he can’t end a call, doesn’t inspire confidence! |
