	Scammer. Also definitely a Bot - Said he was Alex from the solar centre. Started by saying to my elderly father “I understand you’re the homeowner”. My father had only said hello at this point. I took the phone and asked ‘Alex’ how he knew the person he was talking to was the homeowner since he didn’t know his name. Look out for long pauses from this caller. I told him to immediately remove the number from his database. Wish I could do more to prevent these calls.

	I get calls from this guy nearly every day. Uses a multitude of phone numbers - every time you block him he reappears the next day from another number. Today he has phoned using numbers from Sheffield and Basingstoke. Sometimes he claims he is selling solar panels, other times it is loft insulation, new kitchens, central heating. He even changes his first name but his voice is so distinctive I know it is the same guy. Massive scammer.

	Claimed to be from Solar Centre. It is a chat bot. I noticed someone earlier advised reporting to In Action fraud, who will log the number and then do nothing. I have blocked the number, but I expect the morons will try again from a different number. About time BT blocked these numbers.

	Unknown Alex from the Solar Centre AGAIN. Many times now. Says they are based in Dorset but they are not. I asked to be reomved from their list of callers but I think Alex is a bot.
