When it rang again I was able to answer and got the message which required me to confirm that I was attending my appointment next week |

It is the hosp8ital but it is really creepy that they ring you and do not leave a message - then when you call back it fails to say who they are and that feels really horrid esp if you live alone/are vulnerable/are a pensioner etc etc etc - the hospital and NHS really ought to know better and say who they are openly and always leave a message. Shame on them I scored them as harassing as it felt really creepy and I was very worried - therefore harassed |
