Not a call but number on letter proclaiming my cover plan for a gas cooker couldn't be paid so either use this number or set up direct debit. Only thing is the cooker I bought from Curry's is over 10 years old yet the letter was addressed to my married name when I wasn't even with my husband when I bought it. Called local shop with the details and could actually do with a repair (it's over 10 years old it's on last legs) apparently it's a scam. They have NO RECORD of it. |

Didn’t call me, but received an email making me aware that my warranty for my laptop expires soon (baring in mind i’ve had this laptop for over 2 years and not knowing i had cover on it). Went to my nearest currys who could not find any proof of warranty. Was also given a customer reference number on the email, which a staff member and the care & repair team could not input as it included letters. This number was on the email to contact them and reference the customer number it had given me. |
